About the project

Often while developing there is a need to create some HTTP stub. Frequent solutions of this problem among developers are:

* Exterior paid or shareware programs such as SoapUI.

* Service writing from scratch, for example, using a framework of Flask.

* Using packages such as, for example, requests-mock in unit tests.

Each of these solutions has the right for life. I needed free, completely transparent and simple package creating a really existing server in system which you can contact both from a code and from a browser or a curl. I ran into the similar libraries in the Python language, but for a number of reasons they didn't suit me. So the restub appeared.
